These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws, giveaways, promotions, instant win
competitions, and related services operated by Prize Circle UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website,
creating an account, purchasing entries, submitting free postal entries, or participating in any competition operated
by Prize Circle UK, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Competitions
2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Prize Circle UK website (“Website”).
2.2 The Promoter may offer different competition formats including: Main prize draws Instant win competitions
Auto-draw competitions Giveaways Promotional competitions An entry fee may apply to certain competitions.
2.3 To enter certain competitions, entrants must correctly answer a skill-based question requiring genuine
knowledge, skill, judgement, or attention in order to qualify for entry into the draw (“Competition Question”).
No purchase is necessary where a free postal entry route is available in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms
& Conditions.
2.4 All competitions operated by Prize Circle UK are intended for entertainment purposes only.
2.5 Please play responsibly and do not spend more than you can afford.
2.6 Competitions are open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated
on the relevant competition page.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with Prize Circle UK
may be excluded from entering competitions.
2.7 Competitions are void where prohibited by law.

3. How To Enter
3.1 Each competition will run from the opening date until the closing date displayed on the relevant competition page. All dates and times are based on UK time.
3.2 We reserve the right to amend, extend, suspend, or cancel competitions where necessary due to operational, technical, legal, regulatory, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3.3 All entries must be received before the stated closing date and time. Entries received after this time may not
be included.
3.4 Entry limits may apply to individual competitions and will be displayed on the relevant competition page where applicable.
3.5 Entrants may enter competitions multiple times unless otherwise stated.
3.6 To enter a competition, entrants must: Create an account on the Website Select the relevant competition, Correctly answer the Competition Question where applicable, Purchase the desired number of entries or submit a valid free postal entry. Successfully complete checkout or comply with the free entry requirements 

3.7 Only one account per person is permitted unless expressly authorised by the Promoter. Where multiple accounts are created or operated by the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or
terminate all associated accounts and void related entries.
3.8 Entries generated automatically by computer, bots, scripts, AI automation, or other automated methods are prohibited and may be disqualified.
3.9 We reserve the right to reject incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or duplicate entries.
3.10 We do not accept responsibility for: Lost entries Delayed entries Damaged postal entries Technical malfunctions Payment processing failures Website downtime Internet failures Server interruptions Circumstances outside our reasonable control affecting entry submission 

3.11 Paid entrants may receive confirmation of successful entry by email.

4. Free Postal Entry
4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter competitions where a free postal entry route is available.
4.2 To enter by post, entrants must send a handwritten postcard or sealed envelope containing: 

Full name 

Full residential address 

Email address 

Telephone number 

Date of birth 

The name of the competition they wish to enter

The correct answer to the Competition Question where applicable

4.4 Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard unless otherwise stated.
Multiple postal entries are permitted; however, each entry must be submitted separately in an individual envelope
or postcard.
Bulk entries submitted in a single envelope may only count as one entry.
4.5 Postal entries must: Be handwritten Be legible and complete Match the entrant’s account details where applicable Be received no later than 5:00pm on the final working day before the competition closing date Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
4.6 The Promoter does not accept: Incomplete entries Illegible entries Photocopied entries, Mechanically reproduced entries, Automated entries Bulk entries, Damaged entries Hand-delivered entries and Fraudulent entries

4.7 Proof of posting does not guarantee proof of receipt.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected in transit.
4.8 Free postal entries are processed and entered into the competition in the same manner as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
4.9 By submitting a free postal entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries unless otherwise stated.

6. Prizes
Prize details will be displayed on the relevant competition page.

7. Competition Extensions & Cancellations
We reserve the right to extend, amend, suspend, cancel competitions, substitute prizes, or offer cash alternatives where reasonably necessary.

8. Refunds
Paid entries are generally non-refundable once successfully submitted except in limited circumstances.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend accounts, void entries, withhold prizes, or permanently restrict access where fraud or unlawful conduct is suspected.

10. Website Availability
While we aim to keep the Website fully operational at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prize Circle UK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Intellectual Property
All Website content including branding, logos, graphics, images, text, videos, and promotional materials remain the property of Prize Circle UK unless otherwise stated.

13. Privacy & Publicity
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Social Media Disclaimer
Competitions operated by Prize Circle UK are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
